Mr. Lynn practices general civil litigation, ranging from labor and employment law to business disputes to personal injury suits. Raised in Shelburne, he joins the firm after spending six years in Washington, D.C., working on Capitol Hill, attending law school, and clerking for the Honorable Alfred S. Irving, Jr. at the D.C. Superior Court.
Overview
Mr. Lynn joins the practice after clerking for the Honorable Alfred S. Irving, Jr. at the D.C. Superior Court, where he handled a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. Mr. Lynn grew up working summers and school vacations for the firm, including as a summer associate in between his second and third years of law school. Mr. Lynn utilizes his judicial experience and a pragmatic approach to efficiently and favorably resolve his clients’ legal issues. In his spare time, Mr. Lynn enjoys staying active by playing sports and hiking. When he’s not at the office, he likes to travel and experience new parts of the country and world.
