Mr. Litchfield joined the firm in 2023. He focuses his practice on education law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ian worked for the Vermont Judiciary where he helped litigants navigate the court system. He completed Vermont’s rigorous Law Office Study Program in 2020 and successfully read for the Bar exam. Before moving to Vermont in 2012, Ian worked at a high-volume personal injury firm in Massachusetts.

Mr. Litchfield lives in rural Bakersfield with his wife, Jessica, and their two sons. In his spare time, Mr. Litchfield enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
