Lynn, Lynn, Blackman & Toohey, P.C. has an opening for an Associate Attorney within their family law practice. The firm is counted amongst the larger mid-sized firms in Vermont with a civil litigation and counseling practice. LLBT seeks an Associate with excellent legal research and writing skills, an ability to work directly with clients and a commitment to the firm’s ongoing evolution and growth. A successful candidate will possess these traits while combining them with a commitment to excellence in work product through teamwork, collaboration and a sense of fun. Responsibilities include engaging in effective motion practice and necessary discovery and attending court hearings such as status conferences and child support hearings.

This is a full-time, in-person role as an Associate Attorney with some flexibility for remote work. Competitive starting salary will vary based on experience.

Experience of 1-2 years with judicial clerkship or family law experience preferred, but well qualified graduates with excellent research and writing experience will also be considered.
