About Mr. McDermott
Mr. McDermott was a Director Of HR: Personnel, Policy, and Legal Services for a large school district in Vermont giving him an inside view of the particular needs of school districts. He also served as Chair of a local school board.
Prior to moving to Vermont in 2011, Mr. McDermott practiced law in the Boston area with a concentration in real estate matters. His real estate experience ranged from lease negotiations to helping a Fortune 500 company expand their number of stores across the country.
